Welcome to Alaska's Rainbow Point Lodge, a remote alaska float trip sport fishing and fly fishing lodge strategically located in Bristol Bay on the shores of Intricate Bay, Lake Iliamna. We offer customized trips in Southwest Alaska with a 1:1 or 2:1 guide to guest ratio. Bristol Bay is a premier fishing destination in Alaska. We fish for native trophy rainbows, arctic char, grayling, salmon, pike, and lake trout in world renowned rivers, including the Copper, Gibraltar, Moraine, American, Kamishak and other secret streams and lakes. This area is the only designated trophy rainbow trout area in Alaska and is host to the largest run of sockeye salmon in the world.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Only a short hop from Anchorage, the Iliamna region of Alaska is home to largest, most aggressive rainbows in North America - the famous and incredibly beautiful "leopard bows." While there are a number of fine lodges scattered throughout this area, none offer the intimate, personal, and quality experience found at Alaska's Rainbow Point Lodge. With a great team of guides, an extremely customer-oriented staff, and access to a huge selection of area rivers, Rainbow Point Lodge is among the very best of the small-lodge operations in all of Alaska. This is the perfect base of operations for single anglers, couples, or small groups, with a group of 6-8 having the ability to book the lodge exclusively.

The rainbow trout that call this area home are some of the largest trout found anywhere in the world. Their size and aggressiveness are the reason that the nearby Copper River (the lodge's "home river") was the first river in the state to be designated a "fly fishing, catch and release only, trophy rainbow river." It is this designation that has kept the fishing so spectacular.
